About Lena Wasążnik
Hi, I'm Lena. I am passionate about deepening coaching experiences by daring to go beyond traditional methods. My approach combines various modalities, including Psychology, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Spirituality, to reach into a deeper space of coaching.
I am a mother to two wonderful children, one of whom is neurodiverse. It was through my daughter's unique journey that I found my true path. During a time when I felt lost, helpless, and exhausted, a new belief began to take root within me. I realized it was time to change, to become a new version of myself, and to start my life anew. This transformation led me to discover my purpose: to help others on their own personal journeys.
My life has taken many different turns and paths. As a certified coach with a Master's degree in Psychology and 20 years of corporate experience, I understand the struggles you may face in the business world. I know what it's like to navigate professional challenges while striving to stay true to yourself. I can help you tackle life's obstacles with ease, grace, and joy.
